At first glance the length of the episodes seems long. Not to worry, the content is always great. Where did the last 2hrs go? Very entertaining & informative. Great guests and casual Aussie style interviews. Great work!

Best podcast I’ve listened to.

This is by far the most interesting and informative podcast I’ve listened to. Im a former solider and current serving police officer and it’s great to hear the stories of other veterans and front line cops, especially the ones I served with from back in the battalion. I put my twenty year old son onto this podcast, it’s motivated him to join the military. Keep up the great work. 🇦🇺

Inspirational people, real people

This podcast is brilliant. We hear from people who have done some of the bravest work anyone could do. I’m 53 and only know one person who has been in the army but I listen to these podcasts and I get an incredible perspective of what goes on. The common theme is that these blokes are warriors who often succumb to mental heath issues because of what they’ve been exposed to, but they invariably find a way to fight back and become successful again. They are a credit to themselves and all Australians should be proud of them. They are great Australians. It’s about time we recognized these guys in the same way we now recognize our WW1 and 2 soldiers. Let them know we appreciate them whilst they are alive and not wait until it’s too late. Awesome podcast. Keep up the great work

Great listening

Matty does a great job getting people to share their stories and dig deep. Kinda miss hearing from Shane as he was great at keeping things light hearted. The new bloke is a bit prone to talking over guests with his own stories...just my two bobs worth 🤷‍♂️🤙

Best thing since sliced bread....

Now.. I listen to a bunch of podcasts ..... like willy pete and Snake n Nap in Vietnam levels... This Podcast is full of motivational and self fulfilling ideals and stories that I honestly can say it has changed my mindset and given me alot of drive to smash out my goals plus it has next level banter ....... I have binged about 2 to 3 Eps a day and even re listened to a few.... Do your self a favour .... give it a listen...

Raw and honest accounts

This podcast features amazing stories from men at the sharp end of the spear. Matt’s relaxed and familiar interviewing style makes the episodes feel like a free flowing conversation between mates. From and ex-cavalry soldier, now copper, these stories definitely bring back some memories of Army life and resonate. Working my way through the episodes after a recent recommendation by a colleague.

Amazing Insight

I listened to the "Mick" Podcast from start to finish, and was totally engaged the entire time! I actually know Mick and have done for years, however I had absolutely no idea what he, and his mates, actually did as an SF Operators. Very eye opening, very proud to hear of his achievements and sacrifices first hand. I highly highly recommend this Podcast, great stuff.
